BOB SO Vacancies 2020 Selection Process
Selection Methodology: Only the most eligible and suitable candidates will be appointed based on their overall performance in following exams:-
- Scale-I, Scale II & Scale III Posts
- On-line Written Test OR Group Discussion (GD)/ Personal Interview (PI)/ Psychometric Test
If the number of eligible applications received is large for Scale II, Scale III & Scale-IV vacancies, then officials reserve the right to hold an online test also. If the online written test conducted, then it may be descriptive in nature and will be subject matter specific. Applicants who qualify the online examination will be invited to participate in Group Discussion (GD) or Personal Interview (PI). The minimum qualifying marks for GD/ PI would be 60% for General Category while 55% for Reserved Category. Those applicants not qualifying in GD/ Interview will not be eligible for final selection. All the contestants’ combined final scores to be decided based on their mark obtained in Online Exam and/ or PI and/ or GD. Applicants should qualify in all the process of selection as well as sufficiently high in the merit for being shortlisted for subsequent allotment procedure. Those aspirants who pass the online test or GD or PI will be shortlisted for further selection only subject to the vacancies available under the respective category.

ABOUT CALL LETTER/ ADMIT CARD: The eligible applicants should download their call letter for Online Test or GD or Interview from the official website only. Every candidate needs to enter his/ her details like Registration Number and Password/ Date of Birth for downloading the e-Admit Card. Also, you can click here to download Bank of Baroda Exam Call Letter from the online web portal. It is to inform everyone that no hard copy of the admit card or Information Handout will be sent by post/ courier.
