Defence Research And Development Organisation had announced job Advt No.: DET 2019-20/ MTS for recruitment of 1817 Multi Tasking Staff Posts. More than 10000 eligible people have responded to DET notice published in employment news weekly. As per the selection process, DRDO Entry Test in two tiers (Tier-I: Screening Test & Tier-II: Final Selection Test) and Document Verification (DV) will be held to recruit best contestants. All contenders must note that CEPTAM Admit Card for MTS (Multi Tasking Staff) Online Examination will not be sent by postal. However, the DRDO MTS Call Letter will be issued to eligible candidates through an official website only. E-admit card would be available on DRDO website at least 14 (fourteen) days prior examination date for download. As DRDO hall ticket is compulsory for appearing in the examinations, so applicants must print preferably in colour and carry it along with them on examination day. All contestants must bring a valid photo ID proof (original) as mentioned in the online application form which is mandatory with call letter to appear in the exam.
According to the rules & regulations, the higher authority will not accept any request of candidates for any change in examination centre, date and session allotted to them. DRDO CEPTAM Call Letter 2022 – General Instructions
| A) All those candidates whose Application Rejected and if they have any relevant proof against rejection, then produce it on or before the due date by Email under subject; “Challenge against rejected application”. Candidates will get the reason for Rejection/ Not Consideration and Remarks against their Application Number, Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Post Code & DOB from the List. The most common reasons for rejection are 1) Data/ Photo is Irrelevant, 2) Multiple Application for the Same Subject, etc. |
| B) If you are unable to retrieve/ download your Hall Ticket for examination, then first check the details you are entering. Also, you may not be able to download if the details entered are not as same as given in your application form. If your application rejected, then it can also happen. If your name is not in rejection list & still not able to download after filling up correct details, then contact CEPTAM Helpline Number or Email. |
| C) Just follow the guidelines given in your admit card. For writing Self-declaration Paragraph, Signature & Left Thumb Impression, do not forget to leave the spaces provided unfilled in the downloaded call letter while coming for the examination. |
| D) It is to notify all the candidates that just issue of Hall Ticket for MTS Exam will not imply that their candidature has finally accepted or confirmed by the CEPTAM officials for recruitment. |
| E) Every applicant has to go through Bio metric attendance and metal detector for frisking at examination centres. Apart from this manual attendance will also be taken by the invigilator. |
| F) Candidates are suggested to use the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari, etc. while downloading their hall ticket from an official web portal. |
| G) Aspirants should not bring any of the banned items to the examination venue as arrangements for Safekeeping cannot be assured by the department. |
| H) If a candidate found with a mobile phone, calculator or other prohibited items such as fitness band, debit card, credit card, ornaments (jewellery/ ring/ chain/ locket), etc. inside the exam hall, then his/ her candidature will be summarily cancelled and further legal action against such candidates taken. |
| I) Candidate’s signatures in different style or language at the time of Stage 1 CBT (Tier-I), Stage 2 CBT (Tier-II) and document verification, etc. may result in cancellation of his/ her candidature. |
| J) Candidates shall be permitted to appear in the exam only at the test centre as specified in the Admit Card issued by DRDO officials. |
| K) Aspirants will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of exam and submission of Call Letter. Aspirants guided to submit their feedback at the test centre after the examination. |
| L) If any candidate found obstructing the conduct of exam or creating disturbances at the examination venue, then his/ her candidature shall be summarily cancelled. Also, all such candidates may be debarred permanently or for a specified period from future recruitments. |
| M) Applicants who are willing to edit details (Name, DOB, Category) printed on the admit card must fill Correction Form No. 12 during the examination. The Correction Form No. 12 will be issued by invigilator on the examination day. For more details, please check the official website. |
| N) About Seating Allotment in Exam: At the time of Bio metric Registration, the terminal (Desktop/ Laptop) number at which the aspirant is to take the test would be allotted randomly by registration software. All the aspirants will be provided separate terminal. Change in the terminal or computer system will be allowed by centre coordinator only in extreme cases of technical problem ascertained and same should be recorded by the test administrator. |
