- All aspirants must bring the following items while coming for attending Written Examination:-
- Legibly Printed HSSC Clerk Call Letter with recent Colored Photo pasted on it at mark B duly attested by Gazetted Officer
- One Identity Proof with Photo (Aadhar Card/ Driving Licence/ Voter Card/ Passport/ PAN Card)
- Candidates will not be allowed for participating in the test if they fail to produce their Hall Ticket & ID Proof in-front of Invigilator and do not follow the instructions of Security Staff.
- Candidates must enter the test venue on reporting time to enable the following pre-examination process:-
- Frisking by Security Staff
- HSSC Exam Admit Card checking by Invigilator
- Obtain the Bio-metrics
- Get the Attendance Marked
- Get Thumb Impression in the Attendance Sheet
- Other Formalities
- Aspirants will have to put their Signature and Thumb Impression on a Hall Ticket at the space available for it just in the presence of Invigilator only in the Examination Hall.
- A request of the candidate regarding a change in exam date, shift, centre and seat in the Examination Hall shall not accept by Commission officials.
- All candidates are advised to make sure about the location of exam centre well in advance. Candidate has to appear at the allotted centre only.
- It is to inform that aspirants will not get an entry in examination hall after entry time and not be allowed to leave the test centre before the completion of an examination.
- As the strictly prohibited items like Mobile/ Cell Phone, Laptop, Tablets, Calculator, Bluetooth and Other Electronics Devices are not allowed to use inside the exam hall, so try to avoid carrying such things in your OMR based/ CBT examination.
- Use of Eraser, Blade, Whitener, Nail, etc. to smudge scratch or damage in any manner the OMR Sheet during exam is strictly not allowed. Also, aspirants are strictly warned not to fold, tear, destroy or make any stray marks on the OMR Answer Sheets.

Each multiple choice question will carry 01 (one) marks. Negative marking for an incorrect answer is not applicable in the written test.
