- Bring 01 (One) Original Photo Identity (ID) Card like PAN Card/ Driving License with the photograph/ Passport/ Voter ID/ Aadhar/ E-Aadhar Card with a photograph/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ ID Card issued by a recognized College or University/ Employee ID/ Photo ID Proof issued by Gazetted Officer or People’s representative.
