- JEA Power & Utility: 03 (three) years Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engg. & Boiler Competency Certificate OR Matric with ITI (Fitter) with Boiler Competency Certificate OR B.Sc. (PCM) with an Apprenticeship Training in Boiler Trade OR 03 (three) years Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engg. with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ ST candidates.
- JEA Electrical: 03 (three) years Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
- JEA Mechanical: 03 (three) years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with the minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ ST/ PWD candidates OR Matric with ITI in Fitter Trade with pass class.

IOCL Non Executive Jobs 2021 Selection Process
Indian Oil Corporation Limited Refineries Division Examination Department will hire most eligible contestants for Junior Engineering Assistant Posts through their performance in the following selection stages:-
- Written Examination (100 marks)
- Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test (SPPT)
All those candidates who qualify the Written Test will have to appear for a Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test (SPPT) that will be of qualifying nature. In the written exam, aspirants will have to secure a minimum 40% marks for qualifying to SPPT. The qualified applicants, in the ratio of 1:2 subject to securing minimum qualifying marks in the written test will be required to undergo the SPPT. The Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test for each discipline to be held by a duly constituted committee on the scheduled dates.
