Kangra Central Co-operative Bank Ltd was formed on 17th March 1920 with License No. RPCD.09/2009-10. It was started as a very small Credit Society by a few friend group of Kangra District to support Himachal people working in Delhi. After a successful run for 50 years, later in 1972, it was converted into the primary cooperative urban bank by RBI. Then, it was permitted to carry out banking activities including acceptance of deposits from the public by opening their current and saving accounts. At present, it considered as one of the largest banks in Himachal Pradesh State, located at Dharamshala. Just a couple of months ago on behalf of the bank, Himachal Pradesh School Education Board delivered recruitment notification to fill up 216 vacancies of Grade-III and Grade-IV Posts. Appropriate and unemployed job hunters who were seeking for Government Jobs have registered their applications for various categories. As per scheduled timetable, HPBOSE has successfully conducted KCC Bank Recruitment Exam on 08.07.2017 & 09.07.2017 for all the vacancies. According to the selection process, HPBOSE has completed the written test for Grade-3 posts (Assistant Manager & Junior Computer Programmer) and Grade-4 posts (Clerk & Computer Operator) on schedule assigned to the applicants. This written exam was hosted to select highly skilled youngsters for interviews by verifying their ability and knowledge. The final selection will be made based on candidates’ marks obtained in written test and personal interview. Those who qualify written test will be called for an Evaluation in 1:3 ratio as per number of posts available.
