The selection process consists of on-line test followed by an Interview. LIC INDIA Department had conducted Online Examination (Phase-II: Mains) on 11-08-2019 for Open Market Category and Agents & Employee Category. - LIC ADO Mains Merit List consists ROLL NUMBER of Shortlisted Candidates. The authority has released & uploaded selection list zone wise and category wise in separate PDF files at its official online web portal.
- Life Insurance Corporation ADO Prelims Merit List PDF Page will carry the NAME, ROLL NUMBER (10 digits), REGISTRATION NUMBER (10 digits), CATEGORY (GEN, OBC, SC, ST & EWS), BIRTH DATE (dd-mm-yyyy), GENDER (Male & Female) AND DIVISION of Selected Candidates.
- Just within 15-16 days from the declaration of final results, Candidates’ Marks scored in Prelims, Mains & Interview and Cutoff Marks for various categories will be uploaded to the official website. A login link to check scorecard of all candidates will remain active on the website for 60 days only.
- About Final Merit Listing Of Aspirants: It is to be done based on marks obtained in Main Examination + Interview. Marks of candidates scored in prelims will not be considered for preparing the final merit list. Only the score obtained in Mains will be counted to shortlist candidates for interview.
- Shortlisted Aspirants in Final Merit List will be offered appointment after they undergo Pre-Recruitment Medical Exam and found medically fit. Appointed candidates will get a basic pay of Rs. 32,795/- per month and other admissible allowances.
- Criteria Adapted for Selection of Apprentice Development Officer from Open Market Category and Agents & Employee Category are as under:-
- Open Market Category = Preliminary Exam (Qualifying) + Main Examination (150 marks) + Interview (37 marks) + Pre Recruitment Medical Exam (Qualifying)
- Agents & Employee Category = Main Examination (150 marks) + Interview (37 marks) + Pre Recruitment Medical Examination (Qualifying)
- About LIC Apprentice Development Officer Waiting List 2019: It is to notify all aspirants that there will be no contingency/ waiting list for those not declared successful in the Main Select List by officials. So those candidates who not shortlisted in the merit list are advised not to wait for the waiting list after the announcement of final results.
- Following process is being adopted to obtain the Scores of Online Exam:-
- No. of questions answered correctly in each paper considered for arriving at the Corrected Score.
- Corrected Scores so obtained are made equivalent to take care of minor difference in difficulty level, if any, in each of the paper held in different sessions to arrive at the Equated Scores.
