About Maharashtra Teachers Eligibility Test: It is every year conducted by the Maharashtra State Council of Examination on behalf of the Education Department of State Government. This exam was introduced by the Government of India (GOI) for improving the standards in teaching. The State Government has released MAHA Teacher Eligibility Exam 2017 Notification on 16 June and also started the registration process on the same date.
