The Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle Department manages the day to day functions of various Head Post Offices, Sub-Post Offices and Branch Post Offices via its Regional & Divisional level arrangements. The DOPMP headquarter is situated in Bhopal city, a capital of the state. It is one of the 22 postal circles that India has today. It is divided into 03 Regions namely Indore Region, Gwalior Region and H.Q. Region comparing 20 postal division and 03 RMS divisions. The Indore region is headed by Postmaster General. It has 49 numbers of revenue districts. This department has 8323 post offices out of that 7458 located in rural areas and 865 in urban areas. Recently on 26.06.2016 (Sunday), the Madhya Pradesh Post Office Department has peacefully conducted written examination for the 374 posts of Postman and Mail Guard vacancies in various divisions. The board has hosted Aptitude Test with a total 100 marks covering total 04 different topics. Each topic had 25 questions, while each question carried 01 mark. The subjects like General Knowledge (25 marks), Mathematics (25 marks), Hindi (25 marks), and English (25 marks) have been covered in the aptitude test. Huge eligible aspirants who were looking for 10th pass govt jobs have participated in this test at various centers of the state. The recruitment department had organized this Aptitude Test for appointing best candidates by testing their general knowledge and ability. The written examination was held for 120 minutes of time duration. Applicants must be happy because there is no negative marking system in the question paper. We know that all the candidates have put their hard work in this exam for grabbing the desired vacancy.
