In a downloaded copy of the e-call letter, do not forget to leave the spaces provided for writing self-declaration paragraph, signature and Left Thumb Impression (LTI). At the CBT Examination Venue, aspirants have to write the paragraph of self-declaration, sign and affix LTI in the presence of Invigilator and hand over the same to the Invigilator before the conclusion of the examination.

RRB CEN 01/2018 Admit Card Details

It is to notify that Railway ALP Exam Hall Ticket for CBT, Computer Based AT and Document Verification will be issued one after one by the RRCB. The board will not issue call letters to contestants by post. The mandatory details like Registration Number and Password will be needed to generate Admit card from the designated site. All participants are advised to avoid last minute network rush by downloading hall ticket as early as possible before the examination date. All applicants should read instructions that given on RRB Technician Admit Card carefully and follow them scrupulously. Those candidates failed to comply with instructions may lead to cancellation of their candidature. RRB ALP Exam 2019 Centre Name, Date, Shift, Reporting Time, etc. indicated in the call letter shall be final. The higher authority will not consider any request for a change in examination centre, date and session allotted to applicants. On the examination day, do not forget to bring your Call Letter issued by RRB and a valid Photo ID proof for attending the online test. Also, carry one colour photograph of size 35mm x 45mm for appearing in the CBT exam. NOTE: The minimum qualifying marks in PART-A for eligibility in various categories as follows; UR – 40% marks, OBC – 30% marks, SC – 30% marks & ST – 25% marks. While the qualifying marks in PART-B will be 35% marks and this is applicable to all the category candidates as no relaxation is permissible. PART-B is qualifying in nature and shall have questions from the trade syllabus prescribed by Director General of Employment & Training (DGET). The syllabus will be as per the CBSE syllabus of 10+2 for Maths and Physics exam trade. The total time duration for eligible PWD candidates accompanied with scribe will be 120 minutes in Part ‘A’ and 80 minutes in Part ‘B’. For shortlisting candidates to further rounds of the recruitment process, the marks scored in Part A alone will be used subject to the condition that the contestant is securing qualifying mark in Part B. Negative Marking shall be of 1/3rd of the marks allotted for each question answered incorrect answers. There shall be no negative marking for unanswered questions. The marks scored by all candidates in this second stage exam to be normalized. Candidates with ITI/ Trade Apprenticeship qualification need to appear in the section having questions from the relevant trade. NOTE: It is to notify that the section wise distribution given above is only indicative as there may be some variations in the actual question papers. The First Stage CBT Exam is of screening nature. The standard of questions will be conformity with the educational standards and minimum technical qualifications prescribed for the posts. The questions in First Stage CBT will be of objective type with multiple choices. There shall be negative marking for incorrect answers. 1/3rd of the marks allotted for each question will be deducted for each wrong answer in this 01st stage online test. The minimum percentage of marks for qualifying will be 40% for UR, 30% for OBC & SC while 25% for ST category candidates. The marks of all candidates to be normalized in this 01st stages of CBT exam. The score of this examination shall be used only for shortlisting of applicants for second stage exam. The exam duration will be 80 minutes for eligible PWD candidates accompanied with a scribe. Aspirants can choose any one of the language from the list 15 languages as exam language while taking the CBT irrespective of the language opted by them in an online application.

Computer Based Aptitude Test Pattern 
The Computer Based Aptitude Test will be held only for those candidates who have opted for ALP Posts. All contestants need to score a minimum 42 marks in each of the tests to qualify for next round, i.e. document verification. This minimum score applicable to all aspirants as no relaxation permissible for reserved categories. No negative marking in Computer Based AT for the wrong answers. The Aptitude Test will have questions and answer options in English and Hindi Language only. » Affidavit stating that the applicant has not remarried (In case of the decree of divorce or judicial separation from the competent Court of Law as applicable).
NOTE: Here all above mentioned certificates should be either in English or Hindi only. On the date of Document Verification (DV), no additional time to be provided to candidates for not producing their certificates in original. Further, the candidature of such candidates is liable to be forfeited as per rules. Hence, aspirants are required to produce every document in original along with 02 (two) sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents. All the necessary certificates produced during the DV should be strictly in the prescribed formats. If the certificates are not in English/ Hindi, then self-attested translated version (In Hindi or English) should be produced wherever or whenever required by officials.
