Railway Recruitment Control Board (RRCB) is an Organization of Indian Railways, Government of India (GOI). It has established on 27th April 1998 and at present 21 Railway Recruitment Boards functioning in India. The RRCB has released Detailed Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) 02/2018 for recruitment of various posts in Level 1 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix. The posts under Level-1 are of Track Maintainer, Porters, Assistant Pointsman, Gateman, Helper (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Engineering/ S&T/ Medical), etc. Around 1.90 Crore of candidates has applied for the examination under this recruitment drive. The selection procedure consists of Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Document Verification (DV). Now, Computer based Written Exam for Railway 62907 Group D Posts will commence from September 2018 and will continue till October. Here all eligible aspirants have to undergo an online exam on the specified date, time and venue according to their admit card. RRB Hall Ticket (e-Call Letters) for CBT, PET and DV to be downloaded by eligible applicants only from websites of the concerned Railway Recruitment Boards. Before publishing the admit card, all dates of RRB Group D Examinations will be made available on the official website. For login to view your exam date, city details and hall ticket, you will require your Registration Number (USER ID) and Date Of Birth (Password). Candidates will not get their call letter by post as per official notification. Hence, the board will send SMS and Email messages regarding the Railway Group D Admit Card upload details. Aspirants can also check their application status state wise from the designated site just by using registration details. Applicants will be able to download hall ticket from the participating RRBs websites about 10 (ten) days prior date of CBT/ Physical Test/ Document Verification. RRB Group D Hall Ticket 2018 Details

♦ General Instructions ♦

A) The date, time and venue for RRB Group D Exams such as CBT (Written Test), PET (Physical Test) and DV to be decided by officials and then intimated to the eligible aspirants through an online web portal.

B) To know your Exam City, Date & Session, Downloading Travel Authority (for SC & ST candidates) and Hall ticket, you need to log in with your credentials through the links provided above in a table.

C) On examination day, report well in time as after Gate Closure time you are not allowed to enter.

D) Kindly bring your Railway Recruitment Board Exam Hall Ticket along with a valid Photo ID Card (Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, etc.) in original on the examination day.

E) Without Call Letter & ID Card, aspirants are not allowed to take part in the CBT/ PET/ Document Verification (as applicable).

F) Aspirants attending exam with Photocopy or Xerox of Photo ID will not be allowed for appearing in the examination.

G) Under any circumstances, candidates cannot request for postponement or change of examination venue, date and shift.

H) Carry your 01 (one) colour photograph (uploaded in the application) of size 35mm x 45mm with a clear front view without cap and sunglasses for appearing in the recruitment stages.

I) Candidates are strictly advised not to bring electronic gadgets (Mobile phones, Bluetooth enabled devices, Pen drive, Laptops, Calculators, Wristwatches, etc.), metallic wears, bangles, belts, bracelets, etc. or pen/ pencil inside the exam hall.

J) Just to avoid difficulties in registration during CBT, do not apply Mehandi or Henna on Left Thumb.

K) Kindly note that just issue of hall ticket will not suggest that your candidature has finally accepted by the appointing authority.

L) While coming for the exam, kindly leave the spaces provided for writing self-declaration paragraph, signature and Left Thumb Impression (LTI) in the downloaded hall ticket.

M) As the e-hall ticket not having a Self Declaration paragraph, so it will display on a computer screen before the exam starts. In the examination lab only, aspirants should write the Self Declaration paragraph in the space provided in hall ticket.

N) In a presence of the Invigilator at examination hall, aspirants have to write a paragraph of Self Declaration, Sign & affix LTI and then submit it to Invigilator just before the end of the exam.

O) Free Sleeper Class Railway Pass admissible to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) aspirants will be part of an e-admit card when they are called for various stages of selection viz. CBT/ PET/ DV as applicable.

P) Any type of malpractice or unfair means or misbehavior or indiscipline at the examination venue will lead to disqualification and debarment from all future RRB Examinations & Appointment in Indian Railways.

Q) In the exam just after selecting the option for a question, aspirants must click SAVE and NEXT to save their answer. Aspirants must note that unsaved answers will not be taken for evaluation.

S) Candidates who fail to comply with the instructions given in hall ticket may lead to cancellation of their candidature.

NOTE: The section wise questions & marks distribution mentioned above is only indicative. In the actual question papers, there may be some variations. All the Questions in CBT exam will be of objective type with multiple choices. The minimum percentage of marks for various as follows: UR – 40% (40 marks), OBC – 30% (30 marks), SC – 30% (30 marks) and ST – 30% (30 marks). There is negative marking in the CBT exam for incorrect answers. Hence, 1/3 mark for wrong answer to each question to be deducted by officials. For PWD candidates, the minimum qualifying percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 02% in case of shortage of PWD candidates against vacancies reserved for them. Eligible PWD candidates accompanied with scribe will get 120 minutes total time duration for CBT. ♦ Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Exam Pattern ♦
Category	Description
Male Aspirants	1) Should be able to lift & carry 35 kg weight for 100 metres distance in 02 minutes in just one chance without putting down weight.
	2) Should be able to run for 1000 metres distance in 04 minutes & 15 seconds in just one chance.
Female Aspirants	1) Should be able to lift & carry 20 kg weight for 100 metres distance in 02 minutes in just a single chance without putting down weight.
	2) Should be able to run for 1000 metres distance in 05 minutes & 40 seconds in just a single chance.
NOTE: The Male & Female criterion for PET is as shown above. The PET exam will be qualifying in nature. But, passing the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is mandatory for every category candidate. All those persons with disabilities (PwD) are exempted from appearing for PET Exam. However, such PwD candidates will have to pass the medical examination after qualifying in the CBT.
