Stage-2 Computer Based Test in Aug-Sept months conducted by Railway Recruitment Board and now looking to release Result of RRB Junior Engineer DMS CMA 2019. RRB CEN 03/2018 Result Details

RRB Junior Engineer (CEN 03/2018) Results for every region will be uploaded through PDF file so candidates can download & check it out from any operating device. Along with the results, the board will release RRB JE Score Card for all aspirants. On login by Reg. No. & DOB, aspirants can also see the master question paper along with the correct answer marked among the 04 (four) options. Railway JE DMS CMA Recruitment Result of 01st Stage CBT, 02nd Stage CBT and Document Verification will be available on the official website of RRBs only. The shortlisting of aspirants to be based on the normalized marks. A total number of candidates to be shortlisted for CBT-II shall be done at the rate of 15 times. Only the Roll Number of RRB-wise Shortlisted Aspirants will be shown in the merit list. The score of all those candidates is less than Normalized Cut Off Marks will be out from the recruitment process. In Railway Recruitment Board JE Merit list preparation, every care will be taken by officials. However, to correct any inadvertent error or printing mistakes, the board reserves the right. Railway Junior Engineer Result & Scorecard 2019

1. RRB JE DMS CMA Score Card of CBT-II Exam will be available along with merit list containing selected candidates for Document Verification. The facility to view individual result/ scorecard will be available only for a few days. To check out marks, all candidates can log-in through a quick link provided on this web page duly inserting Registration Number and Date Of Birth. On login, aspirants can also see the master question paper of the shift in which he/ she appeared along with correct answer marked among the 04 (four) options.
2. About Short Listing for Document Verification: It has been done as per CEN duly considering community wise cutoff marks for various categories of posts while screening the aspirants for CBT Stage-II, their post preferences and Merit Index in CBT Stage-II.
3. As per the formula, Merit Index has been generated for all aspirants whose normalized score in multi-session exam group and raw score for single session exam group of CBT-II more than or equal to their community qualifying marks.
4. Revised Formula for calculation of RRB CEN 03/2018 (JE, DMS & CMA) 02nd Stage CBT Normalized Marks for Multi-Session Papers as follows:-
   

   » Mij = Actual marks scored by the jth candidate in ith session. » Mtg = Average marks of the top 0.1% of candidates considering all session. » Mqg = Sum of mean and standard deviation marks of candidates in the paper considering all sessions. » Mti = Average marks of the top 0.1% of candidates in the ith session or marks of topper if session strength is less than 1000. » Miq = Sum of mean marks and standard deviation of the ith session. » Mqgm = Sum of mean marks of candidates in the shift having maximum mean and standard deviation of marks of candidates in examination considering all shifts. NOTE: Calculation of marks will be up to 05 (five) Decimal places.

5. Railway Jr Engineer DMS CMA Combined List of Shortlisted Aspirants to appear in the Document Verification will consist of Roll Number as well as many other Important details related to the scorecard, cutoff marks, merit index, etc.
6. About RRB CEN 03/2018 Answer Key: The Board had released Answer Sheet of CBT Stage-2 Exam for JE, DMS & CMA Posts on 26th September 2019. A login link to view question papers, responses and answer keys had activated till 23:59 hrs of 29th September 2019. The Modified/ Final Answer Key of CBT Stage 2 released on 10th October 2019 and its link has activated till 23:59 hrs of 12th October 2019. The board’s decision is final regarding the answer keys & questions and further, no correspondence will be entertained by any candidate.
7. Region-wise Total Number of Candidates Shortlisted to appear for Document Verification (DV) process is available at the end of each Merit List just for the knowledge of aspirants so they can get an idea about their competition.
8. Railway Junior Engineer Registration Number who forget it, they can recollect it from https://rrbonlinereg.in/ just by submitting registered details like Name, Mother’s Name, Date Of Birth, Email ID, Mobile Number, etc. in a login page.
9. RRB Junior Engineer CBT-2 Marks will be Normalized by using the following formula:-
   

   Xn = (S2 ÷ S1) (X − Xav) + Yav
   Where,
   Xn = Normalized Score of an Aspirant
   S2 = Standard Deviation of Raw Score of Base Session
   S1 = Standard Deviation of Raw Score of Candidate Session
   X = Raw Score of Aspirant which is to be Normalized
   Xav = Average of Raw Score of Candidate Session
   Yav = Average of Raw Score of Base Session

10. In RRB JE Normalization of Marks, the Base Session is decided among Sessions having 70% and above the average attendance of all Sessions. Hence, the one with the maximum value of Mean of a Raw Score will be considered as a Base Session.
11. We know all candidates are wondering what is Raw Score & how it calculated? So check out how the Raw Marks is computed:-
    • Total Questions = 100
    • No. of Questions Ignored (on account of question wrong, multiple options correct, etc.) = 02
    • No. of Questions Attempted = 60
    • No. of Questions Correctly Answered = 54
    • No. of Questions Wrongly Answered = 06
    • Positive Marks = 54
    • Negative Marks = 02
    • Net Score = 52 (54-02)
    • Score Out of 100: (52 ÷ 98) × 100 = 53.06
12. SELECTION CRITERIA Adopted for Recruitment of Jr Engineer, JE(IT), DMS & CMA as follows:-
    1. First Stage Computer Based Test = 100 marks
    2. Second Stage Computer Based Test = 150 marks
    3. Document Verification = Qualifying Nature
    4. Medical Examination = Qualifying Nature
13. The selection purely based on the candidates’ marks as all process in Railway Jr Engineer DMS CMA CBT Exam is fully computerized. So beware of the touts who may misguide with false promises of getting the job on illegal consideration. Also, aspirants are notified not to make any payment to any authorities other than the prescribed Medical Examination Fee of Rs. 24/- (Rupees Twenty Four Only) which will be carried out by Railway Hospital or Health Unit.
14. In preparing RRB Junior Engineer DMS CMA Result/ Merit List/ Cutoff List, every care has taken. However, the Board reserves the right to rectify any accidental error or printing mistake in case occurs.
