The Railway Recruitment Board is an Authorized Organization works under the Government of India for recruitment purpose. During 1942, a Service Commission established for recruitment of Subordinate Staff in the North West Railway was known as Railway Service Commission. In January 1985, Railway Service Commissions renamed as Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs). Further, all RRBs came under the control of Railway Recruitment Control Board (RRCB). It was formed in the year 1998 in the Ministry of Railways to coordinate and streamline the working of all RRBs. Today, total 21 RRBs functioning in India. It’s headquarters situated in New Delhi. Their task is to recruit Group ‘C’ Staff for various categories. The board hires huge candidates every year by releasing the employment notification at their official website. Earlier this year, they have released RRB NTPC Recruitment Notification to fill up 18252 vacancies of Non-Technical Popular Categories (Graduate) posts. RRB NTPC Mains Admit Card 2017 Download Process
On 17th, 18th & 19th Jan 2017, RRB Non-Technical Main Examination going to held for recruitment of best candidates in posts like Commercial Apprentice (CA), Goods Guard, Traffic Apprentice (TA), Traffic Assistant, Assistant Station Master (ASM), Sr Clerk cum Typist, Jr Accountant Asst cum Typist, Sr Time Keeper and Enquiry cum Reservation Clerk (ECRC). The department will conduct this Common Stage-II Examination (CBT) as per the schedule indicated to each Railway Recruitment Board. Candidate can check RRB CEN 03/2015 Main Exam Dates zone wise by downloading PDF file uploaded at the bottom of this article. This Computer based test held for three days. There will be 03 shifts per day. For 90 minutes (01½ hours) time duration, the board will organize each shift. This online test will have total 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of Objective type. The provisionally shortlisted contestants will have to appear for 2nd Phase Examination (CBT).
