RRC Northern Railway will issue Multi Tasking Staff Call Letter only at least 01 week before the date of examination which is required to be downloaded and printed for attending the test. | A) Details on Northern Railway Multi Tasking Staff Exam 2021 Admit Card will be provided by Railway Recruitment Cell Authority as follows: ROLL NUMBER, REGISTRATION NUMBER, NAME OF CANDIDATE, PHOTO OF CANDIDATE, SIGNATURE OF CANDIDATE, DATE OF BIRTH, CATEGORY, EXAM NAME, DATE OF EXAM, NAME & ADDRESS OF EXAM CENTRE, EXAM SHIFT, REPORTING TIME, etc. |
| B) Aspirants will be allowed to enter the RRC Multi Tasking Staff Examination Hall ONLY on the production of items such as RRCNR MTS ADMIT CARD issued by officials and Valid PHOTO IDENTIFICATION CARD (i.e. Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Voter Card, Driving Licence, etc.). |
| C) Contestants are strictly instructed not to carry any costly items to the test centre as safekeeping of these items can not be assured. In this regard, the administration will not be responsible for any loss. |
| D) Visit your Centre of Examination 01 (one) day before the actual Date of Test and make sure about your Examination Venue. No contestants will be allowed into the Examination Hall if they are late even by a minute after the commencement of the test. |
| E) No TA, DA, Accommodation, etc. will be paid for the journey of appearing in the recruitment process. Only those SC/ ST contestants who have uploaded their proper community certificate will be given free travel authority (2nd class) with E Call Letter. Such contestants will be allowed to use this authority to travel on the production of self-attested copy of E-Hall Ticket and SC/ ST Certificate. |
| F) Candidates must strictly abide by the instructions/ orders given the examination functionaries such as centre supervisor, invigilator, etc. |
| G) All aspirants are strictly advised not to disturb with other candidates, misbehave with any officials and use of unfair means during the examination as it will lead to rejection & cancellation of their candidature without any notification. |
| H) All aspirants are instructed to retain their E–Admit Card carefully for future records as it may be required to present at the time of interview and checking of documents. |
