  • Constable (Veterinary):
    1. Essential Educational Qualification: 10th or Matriculation Exam pass with Science as main subject from a recognized Board or University.
    2. Desirable: 01 (one) year experience in treatment of different species of animals in a recognized Veterinary Hospital.
  • Constable (Carpenter, Blacksmith & Painter):
    1. Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.
    2. 02 (two) years work experience in respective trade; OR 01 (one) year certificate course from a recognized Industrial Training Institute or Vocational Institute with at at least 01 (one) year experience in respective trade; OR 02 (two) years Diploma from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or similar trade; and
    3. Must qualify trade test
  • Constable (Cook, Washer-man, Barber, Safaiwala, Tailor, Gardner, Cobbler & Water Carrier):
    1. Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board.
    2. 02 (two) years work experience in respective trade; OR 01 (one) year certificate course from recognized ITI or Vocational Institute with minimum 01 (one) year experience in the trade; OR 02 (two) years Diploma from Govt approved ITI in the trade or similar to trade.
    3. Must qualify trade test
    4. NOTE: Multi Skilled candidates will be given preference.

Written Examination Pattern

  • The Written Examination will be of 100 marks consisting of 100 multiple choice objective type questions.
  • Negative marking will not apply for wrong answers in the exam.
  • The Common Written Test will have questions focusing on General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning & General English/ General Hindi.
  • The total duration of written test will be of 120 minutes, i.e. 02 hours.
  • The minimum qualifying percentage of marks in written exam for all posts will be 50% for General, EWS, OBC & Ex-servicemen while 45% for SC & ST categories.
