SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Admit Card 2021 – Instructions

01) The duration period of downloading SSC CHSL (10+2) e-Admission Certificate (e-AC) that every candidate must note before attempting to download their Hall Tickets. Applicants can collect the e-Admit Card ONLY 07 (seven) days prior their exam date and till the date of examination.
02) Those who do not receive SSC CHSL 10+2 Exam Call Letter at least one week before the examination date of examination can contact the concerned Regional/ Sub Regional Office with proof of having submitted their application.
03) SSC CHSL (LDC, PA/ SA & DEO) Admit Card will contain the following details:-
» 
You Name, Father/ Husband Name, Photograph, Signature, Age, Social Category, Post Applied, Roll Number, Registration ID Number, Date & Time of Exam, Name & Address of the Examination Venue, Reporting Time and List of Important Instructions.
04) Applicants must bring any one of the following Photo bearing Identity Cards in Original, as proof of their identity along with Call Letter:-

07) Contestants must bring two passport size (3 cm x 3.5 cm) recent colour photographs for affixing in the Commission’s CHSL Hall Ticket Copy in the presence of Invigilator.
08) Aspirants need to undergo the Frisking Process and must ensure that their Bio-metric Registration (LTI) for appearing in the test has completed successfully. Once the bio-metric process complete, candidate is not allowed to leave the exam venue till the completion of an examination.
09) To facilitate easy identification, all the contestants are guided to keep ten copies of the same photograph along with them till the Examination process gets over.
10) As the Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam, 2019 (Tier-II) to be held on 28-06-2020 and it is a Descriptive Examination, so contestants would be allowed to carry only their Pen and Wrist Watch.
11) Note your Roll Number, Date, Time and Venue for the examination provided in the Admission Certificate. The seating plan will display at the exam venue according to ticket numbers only.
12) Applicants must be punctual in attendance as they should present in the examination hall at least 01½ hour prior exam time. They are not allowed to leave the examination hall until the exam is over. Those who arrive late will not be permitted to enter the examination venue.
13) If any candidate is found creating disturbances at the examination venue, then his/ her candidature shall be summarily cancelled without a single warning & notice.
14) The authority will provide Pen or pencil and paper for rough work in the examination lab. Hence, do all the rough calculations only on the rough sheet provided during the exam. For the Electronic watch to use as a timer, it will be available on the computer screen.
15) There will be no re-examination, in case it found that the exam disrupted on account of instigation by the contestants.
16) All applicants are strictly informed to interact only with the offices of Staff Selection Commission for hall ticket related issues and cautioned not to fall prey to unknown persons/ references.
17) Applicants should provide clear Left Thumb Impression (LTI), Certification Statement in their running handwriting and signature on Commission’s copy of Admission Certificate – AC.
18) All Exam Labs are under Video Surveillance so that the activities of participants closely monitored by authority. Therefore, all are strictly cautioned not to indulge in any unfair means during the examination.
19) Candidates should scrupulously follow the instructions given by supervisor as well as invigilator at the examination hall. If a candidate violates any instructions, then his/ her candidature may be cancelled by the Commission officials without issuing any type of notification or circular.

21) Travelling and Other Expenses must be paid by the candidates themselves as the Commission not liable to pay any of such expenses.
