How to Apply SSC GD Online 2018 Application Form?
Here we inform candidates that the online application process contains two parts i.e. 1) Registration Part and 2) Application Part. The Registration Part is for those candidates who have not registered earlier. All the contestants need to provide their information and upload their photograph & signature in Registration Part. While in Apply Part, those who are already registered can login using Reg. No. & Password for applying online for this vacancy. It is to notify every candidate that they should keep ready scanned copy of a colour photograph, signature and other certificates in jpg format before applying on-line form. All are strictly advised to submit correct details and documents while registration process otherwise applications will be rejected by the authority at a later stage. Step 05: First, download a pdf file of Examination Notice and then read all the relevant instructions given in it.
Step 06: If you find yourself eligible, then click on “Register” link for New Registration.
Step 07: Select your Post, Exam Center and then press the “I Agree” option.
Step 08: Fill up your details like Name, Gender, Caste, Father’s/Husband’s Name, DOB, Educational Qualification, Communication Address, Mobile Number, Email, etc. in the application form.
Step 09: After filling the mandatory details, click on the Submit button.
Step 10: In few second, the system will generate Registration ID Number and Password on your screen.

Step 13: If you want to pay fees via offline mode, then download the SBI Challan and make your payment within provided period.
Step 14: Upload scanned passport size photograph along with signature in jpeg format only. The digital size of file of the photographs must be more than 04 KB and less than 20 KB (resolution 100 pixels width & 120 pixels height) while the size of the signature file must be more than 01 KB and less than 12 KB (resolution 140 pixels width & 60 pixels height).
Step 15: Verify the inserted details and make sure the information provided by you in an online form is correct & not wrong.
Step 16: After going thoroughly to the filled up details, finally, press Submit button for completing the registration.
Step 17: At last, don’t forget to print submitted copy of the application from by using your Registration ID and Password. You may take a printout of this application for your record but not required to submit this printout to the Commission.
Step 18: Keep this copy of application & fee challan in a Safe Custody for future usages in the selection process during the document verification.

SSC Constable GD 2018 Selection Process
Selection Procedure: The SSC CAPF Constable (GD) Selection process may consist of four levels. In each of the selection level, contestants need to pass with good score otherwise they will be knocked-out from a further process. The Staff Selection Commission will appoint most eligible applicants based on their overall performance in the following selection tasks:-
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Online Written Examination (OMR Based/ CBE)
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
- Review Medical Examination (RME)
- Interview (if necessary)
In the selection procedure, all the eligible applicants will be called to attend PST and PET Test on a scheduled dates by issuing Admit Cards through the official web page. Those who clear the Physical Efficiency Test & Physical Standard Test will be selected to appear for the written examination (online/offline). Applicants whose score will be above Cutoff marks in the written exam are only going to get an invitation for the Medical Test in a ratio as may be decided by the Commission. The PET exam will not be held for Ex-Servicemen, but they need to qualify in the Detailed Medical Examination. About Examination Centre: A list of Examination centres is very long so refer the official notification for more details. As per policy on change of Examination Centre, all the contestants are advised to note that the Commission shall not entertain and accede to any request for change of examination centre, under any circumstances. SSC General Duty (Constable) Exam Pattern/Syllabus
Today for Government Jobs in any field, there is a huge competition so try to fill your application form as early as possible for allotting more time to the exam study and preparation. About e-Admit Card/Call Letter/Hall Ticket: The Commission will issue Admit Card for GD Constable Examinations after the completion of application process. Those who have submitted their applications with correct details within the last date of registration will be able to download Exam Hall Ticket from an official website. Before issuing the Call Letters, the Department will publish a list of applicants whose applications are rejected and accepted by the authority. The registration number and password provided during the submission process will be needed to generate Call letter from a Regional Zonal website of Commission. The complete details regarding your exam date, time, exam centre, etc. will be mention on Hall Ticket. About Answer Key/Paper Solutions: The Staff Selection Commission will provide Paper Solutions for Computer Based Examination to candidates through an official website only. They will upload Answer Key Paper wise and Set wise one by one to the designated site. Most probably, the official answer sheet will release after 10-15 days of the exam date. The contestants need to login using USER ID & Password for downloading Answer Key and submit representations if any through online method only on payment of Rs. 100/- per answer. About Cutoff Marks/Minimum Qualifying Marks: As far as cut off marks concert, it will be decided by the Staff Selection Commission Exam Expert team based on various factors and release at the time of result announced. Here we guide candidate to know about the cutoff score that it is the minimum marks required for qualifying in each round of the selection process. At present, you can check the expected SSC GD Constable Cutoff marks of current year along with the previous year. In 2015, the authority has fixed cutoff 35% – 39% for General category while 33% – 36% for SC, ST and OBC categories. In current year, we are expecting 36% – 42% for General, and 34% – 38% for OBC, SC & ST candidates. However, the minimum cutoff percentage for selection will normally be as 35% for General & Ex-servicemen while 33% for SC, ST & OBC. About Result/Merit List: The final result of this recruitment process will be available only after 05-06 months of the selection process conductance dates.
