SSC Junior Hindi Translator Exam 2022 Eligibility Criteria
AGE LIMITATION (as on 01st Jan 2022):-
- Age of contestants should be above 18 years and below 30 years as on cut off date. (Candidates who born not before 02-01-1991 and not later than 01-01-2003 are eligible)
- Upper age relaxation will be applicable for reserved quota in accordance with Central Government rules and regulations. Age relaxation as follows:-
- OBC (Other Backward Classes): 03 years
- SC/ ST (Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes): 05 years
- PH (Physically Handicapped) + GEN: 10 years
- PH (Physically Handicapped) + OBC: 13 years
- PH (Physically Handicapped) + SC/ ST: 15 years
- Ex-S (Ex-Servicemen): 03 years
- Defence Personnel disabled in operation during hostilities with any foreign country or in a disturbed area & released as a consequence thereof:

As there is negative marking in Paper-I, so 0.25 marks for each wrong answer will be deducted. The marks scored in the Paper-I Computer Based Exam, in case conducted in multiple shifts, will be normalized & such normalized scores will be used to determine final merit. | Paper 1 (Computer Based Examination Syllabus: | The Paper-1 questions will be of degree level. The questions in Paper-1 will be designed to test the aspirants’ understanding of the languages & literature, correct use of words, phrases & idioms & ability to write the languages correctly, precisely and effectively. |
| Paper 2 (Translation and Essay) Syllabus: | The Paper-II will contain 02 (two) passages for translation. First passage for translation from Hindi to English and the second passage for translation from English to Hindi, and an Essay each in Hindi and English, to test the candidates’ translation skills as well as their ability to write and comprehend the 02 (two) languages correctly, precisely and effectively. SSC Junior Translator JHT Admit Card 2022
About SSC JT JHT Admit Card: Staff Selection Commission will issue Admission Certificate for all stages of test through its official websites of concerned Regional/ Sub-Regional Office. For any stage of examination, Admit cards will not be issued by postal. A link to download Admit Cards will be available 03-07 days prior examination date. All candidates must bring a printout of the Hall Ticket to the Examination Hall. In addition to the Admit Card, candidates must carry at least 02 (two) passport size recent colour photographs, Original valid Photo ID proof having DOB as printed on the Admit Card.
