Here candidates must know that their results of TNEB Gangman 2020 can be viewed only after logging to the web portal and then pressing the ‘Result’. Tamilnadu EB Department is going to announce a TANGEDCO Selection List for Gangman Trainee Jobs based on the marks scored by aspirants in OMR Examination and other eligibility criteria. Candidates who secure highest marks only they shortlisted in the Merit List. Shortlisted candidates’ Name will display on TNEB Gangman Exam Merit List along with other details like Hall Ticket Number, Registration Number, Marks, etc. However, those who are unable to get maximum marks, their Name not considered for the further selection process.
The authority will upload a pdf of Tamil Nadu EB Gangman Merit List along with an individual’s result at the official website. It is to notify that the final selection for appointment is purely provisional subject to final orders on pending Writ Petitions or Writ Appeals, if any, filed in Madras High Court and HC of Madurai Bench. - TNEB TANGEDCO Gangman (Trainee) Written Exam Result is being prepared based on 100 questions asked from the syllabus consist of Safety Measures, Electric Safety, Safety Equipments, First Aid, LT & HT Equipments, General Knowledge, etc.
- Candidates are not allowed for queries/ Enquiries regarding the answer papers beyond 06 (six) months from the date of publishing results.
- Following methodology has been followed for arriving ranking for TANGEDCO Direct Recruitment of Gangmen (T):-
- If more than one aspirant has scored the same marks, then aspirants with the lesser wrong answer will be placed higher in the ranking.
- If one or more aspirants are having same marks and with the same number of wrong answer, then aspirant who is senior as per his/ her DOB will be placed higher in the rank. (NOTE: Those questions which were left unanswered will not be considered as the wrong answer.)
- If one or more aspirants are having same marks, with same number of wrong answer and also with same DOB, then aspirant who has submitted an online application earlier will get a higher place in the ranking.
- The ranking will be arrived as per the Alphabetical order of names if one or more aspirants are having equal footing even after following the above process.
- TNEB Gangman Final Result of eligible candidates after verification of the original certificate will be based on criteria as follows:-
