About Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission: It is one of the oldest PSC that India has today. It was established in the year of 1937 on 01st April i.e. 78 years ago. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has already conducted the preliminary examination on 17th of January 2016. The recruitment board has also organized the UPPSC Lower Subordinate Mains Exam on 24th of April 2016 as per the schedule allotted to applicants. This examination has been conducted for the posts like tax superintendent, excise inspector, supply inspector, supply marketing inspector, statistical assistant industries, labor enforcement officer, additional statistical insurance, auditor food and civil supplies, assistant local bodies, junior research assistant in horticulture dept, etc. The authority has hosted mains exam for total 400 marks with Paper-I and Paper-II.
