WB Police Constable Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern

Below are the structure of each exam to be held by WBPRB for the posts of Constable and Lady Constable in WB Police:-

Written Examination Pattern

• WBP Constable Written Exam will be OMR based and in MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) pattern.
• The Written Exam would have 85 objective-type questions of multiple-choice (four choices) of answers carrying 01 (one) mark each.
• The question paper will be set in 02 (two) languages, i.e. Bengali & Nepali.
• There will be a negative marking of ¼th of the allotted marks for each incorrect answer.
• The duration of the written test will be 01 (one) hour.
• The marks obtained in the Written Examination will be taken into account while preparing the merit list for selection.
