As per the official advertisement, the Teachers Recruitment Board will schedule a written examination on 17th September 2016 from 10 AM to 01 PM at pre-designated exam centers. Those candidates interested in Tamil Nadu govt jobs have applied their names to attend this test. All such applicants have to appear for written test at their own expense on the Date, Time and Venue indicated in TN TRB hall ticket. The written test will consist of a single paper with total 150 marks. The total time duration of an examination will be 3 hours (180 minutes). The nature of question paper will be of objective type with multiple choice questions. The language of question papers for all three subjects will be English and Tamil. In a single paper, there will be total 03 subjects namely Education Methodology (70 marks), Main Subject (70 marks) and General Knowledge (10 marks). Candidates have to score minimum qualifying marks decided by the board for further selection. Out of 150 marks, the cut off marks for SC, ST, and other categories are 68, 60 and 75 marks respectively. Those who qualify in this exam for them authority will conduct certificate certification session of each post on a separate day.
