RPF Railway Constable Exam Pattern 2024
Below is the Complete Structure of RPF Constable (Executive) Written Examination and Physical Efficiency Test – PET along with other details for the reference of willing aspirants:-
Written Examination (CBT)
- RPF Constable written exam shall be an online Computer Based Test (CBT).
- The standard of CBT Examination will be 10th/ Matric level.
- There shall be 120 numbers of questions in the CBT exam.
- 01 (one) mark shall be awarded for each correct answer.
- No mark shall be awarded or deducted for questions not attempted.
- Negative marks (i.e. 1/3 marks) shall be deducted for every wrong answer.
- The medium of CBT exam will be in Hindi, English and other regional Languages.
- The duration of the written examination shall be one & half hours.
- The qualifying marks in CBT are 35% marks (30% marks for SC & ST candidates).

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- There will be 03 (three) events, i.e. 1600/ 800 Meters Run, Long Jump & High Jump in the PET Exam.
- Long Jump & High Jump participants will have up to 02 (two) chances each, but only 01 (one) chance for a 1600/ 800 meters run.
- Passing the PET is mandatory. It will be qualifying in nature & no marks are to be awarded.
- It is mandatory to qualify in all Events as per the norm to be eligible for consideration.
