According to the notification, we can say that RSMSSB Junior Instructor Examination 2018 will conduct on 23rd and 24th December 2019 for posts like Mechanic Diesel Engine, Electronics Mechanic, Mechanic for R&AC, Wireman, etc. In an online examination, General Knowledge will be a common subject for all the posts. Here the written examination is going to be held all over the state and list of exam centers available on the official website. The board has already fixed RSMSSB Exam Date for Librarian Posts (i.e. 19th September 2020). As far as this examination concert, there will be objective type questions containing subjects like General Knowledge (GK), General English, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning and Hindi Language. The Rajasthan Librarian Grade-3 written test will have 02 (two) parts of objective type questions carrying equal marks. In the Rajasthan Kanishth Anudeshak Examination, the 01st part will have 100 marks while 02nd will have 200 marks. All the questions will be of objective type. Candidates will get total 03 hours (180 minutes) to complete their paper. The examiner will cut 1/3rd marks as Negative Marking for every wrong answer so be careful while writing your paper. | ♦ GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS ♦ |
| a) Due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, wearing a face mask at the examination centre is compulsory for all candidates. Candidates without a face mask are not allowed to enter the examination hall. Also, maintaining a minimum distance of 2 Mtr. between candidates will be mandatory as per rules. |
| b) RSMSSB E-Admit card will be downloaded only from the online web portal by submitting login details (i.e. Application ID Number & Date of Birth) so don’t expect it through postal or email service. |
| c) Correct Application Number & Date of Birth – DOB will be needed to get Admit Card from an official website. |
| d) There is no paper Admit Card will be issued for this examination by the Recruiting Board. |
| e) Please note carefully your roll number, date, time, reporting time, venue and other details related to the examination given in your Call Letter. |
| f) Aspirants are advised to take a printout of their e-Admit Card well in advance to avoid last minute rush. |
| g) Mobile phones, calculator, separate or with watch, books, notebooks, pagers, written notes and any other electronic/ communication devices are not allowed inside the examination venue. Only hall ticket and photo ID card in original will be allowed inside the test hall. |
| h) Applicants in their own interest are guided not to bring any prohibited article or material with them in the examination room. |
| i) Candidates appearing in the Exam with forged Admit Card, identity proof, etc. will be disqualified from the entire recruitment process. |
| j) Candidates must reach the examination center at the time given in their call letter for a necessary procedure. Those who arrive late will not be permitted to enter the Examination Hall. |
| k) Candidates would not be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without identity verification. Please note that AADHAR enrollment receipt without AADHAR NUMBER and PHOTOCOPIES OR Images Stored in mobile phones, etc. will not be accepted. |
| l) No travelling allowance (TA) or other expenses in connection with the examination will be paid by recruiting authority. Also, the authority not liable to pay for any injury occurred during the exam. |
| m) The strict action will be taken by the Commission for insolent behavior/ disorderly conduct/ using or attempting to use unfair means during the course of an Examination. |
| n) Any request for change of exam date, session, centre or venue will not be accepted by the Board officials under any circumstances. |
| o) The hall ticket once received by the applicant should go through carefully and discrepancy, if any, should immediately be brought to the notice of the Board. |
| p) As this exam hall ticket is not transferable to any other person, so impersonation legally punishable/ cognizable offence. |
| q) In the examination room, use of Books, Notes or Copying or Receiving/ Giving Assistance would be considered as cheating by candidates. |
| r) Candidates should follow the instructions given by supervisor and the invigilator in the examination hall. If candidate violates any instructions, then their candidature may be cancelled by officials. |
| s) Before the conclusion of the test, aspirants are not allowed to leave their examination hall. |
| t) In case those who forget or lost their Application Number can retrieve it just by following the necessary procedure given in the official web portal. |
