Central Board of Secondary Education: It was established in the year of 1962 on 03rd November. The head office of CBSE board is located in New Delhi, India. It is a Board of Education for public and private schools, totally under a control of the Central Government of India. The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt of India (GOI) has entrusted the responsibility for conducting Central TET along with AIEEE, AIPMT & NET to this board. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test is held twice a year by the board. Every year, this test was conducted to acquire quality teachers for the both primary and elementary schools from 01st (class-I) to 08th (class-VIII) standard. It is an entrance examination that organizes only for B.Ed degree holders to post them in teacher posts. Mainly this test consists of two papers i.e. Paper-I and Paper-II. More than 08 lac candidates looking to grab teaching jobs appear for this examination. This exam was governed by the both State and Central Government departments. Recently on Sunday 21/02/16, CBSE board had successfully conducted 09th Editions of Central TET 2016 examination all over India at various pre-designated test centres. This online exam was attended by around thousands of job seekers who were seeking for the latest central govt jobs in their state. As per the schedule and selection process, the Paper-I test was held from 09:30 AM to 12:00 PM for Primary Section while Paper-II held in afternoon shift from 02:00 PM to 04:30 PM for Upper Primary Section. Candidates can download official answer key of both papers in PDF format from the main portal once it was made available for them. It would be helpful for contestants to analyze their overall performance and boost some confidence.
According to the official notification, declaration of the CBSE CTET Feb 2016 exam results cut off marks will be done on or before 06/04/16 via online sources. Like every year, this year too board will reveal the results of candidates in the month of March/ April only. Every contestant will be required to use their Roll Number for generating CTET 2016 score card or rank card from an official portal of the department. The contestant’s final selection will be done based on their performance in this online examination and personal interview. This board provides only two opportunities in a year for job hunters to prove their ability and potential by performing well in the examination. Only those applicants will be allowed to sit for interview session whose name/ roll number appears in the merit list.
