Selection Process for HP Forest Guard Vacancies 2023
About Selection Criteria: At last, most eligible young candidates will be appointed based on their overall performance in following selection procedures:-
- Physical Standard Test & Physical Efficiency Test (Qualifying):
- PET will have 100 meter Race, 800 meter Race, High Jump and Long Jump.
- No marks will be awarded for the PST & PET exam as it is qualifying in nature.
- Written Test (85 marks):
- There will be 85 objective type questions (MCQs).
- The written examination consists of topics like General Knowledge, Reasoning & Aptitude, General Science, General English/ Hindi and General Information about Himachal Pradesh Forests, Environment & Animals.
- There will be no negative marks in the written exam.
- The question paper will be in bilingual language (Hindi & English Language).
