Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is an Organization of Indian Railways, Govt of India (GOI). It has established on 27th April 1998 & at present 21 Railway Recruitment Boards functioning in India. RRB has released the Detailed Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) No. RRC-01/2019 for recruitment of various posts in Level 1 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix. The posts under Level-1 are of Track Maintainer Gr IV, Assistant Pointsman, Asst C&W, etc. Around 01-02 Crore of candidates has applied for the exam under this recruitment drive. The selection process consists of Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Document Verification (DV). RRB RRC Group D 2022 e-Call Letter Information

RRB Hall Ticket (e-Call Letters) for CBT, PET and DV to be downloadable by all eligible applicants only from official websites of the concerned Railway Recruitment Boards. Before publishing the admit card, all dates of RRC Group D Examinations will be made available on the official website. For login to view your exam date, city details and hall ticket, you will require your Registration Number (USER ID) and Date Of Birth (Password). RRB Group D Hall Ticket 2022 Details

♦ General Instructions ♦

A) The date, time and venue for RRC Group D Exams such as CBT (Written Test), PET (Physical Test) and DV to be decided by officials and then intimated to the eligible aspirants through an online web portal.

B) To know your Exam City, Date & Session, Downloading Travel Authority (for SC & ST candidates) and Hall ticket, you need to log in with your credentials through the links provided above in a table.

C) Whose application is rejected will get SMS and Email to the mobile number and email id provided in the application form. All aspirants can view their Application Status as (i) Provisionally eligible candidates and (ii) Rejected candidates along with the reasons for rejection.

D) Following details will require to view Eligibility/ Ineligibility Status of Application:- » APPLICATION REGISTRATION NUMBER (एप्लीकेशन रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर) » DATE OF BIRTH – DOB (डेट ऑफ़ बिरथ)

E) If you have Forgot Registration ID, then don’t worry as you can recover it by submitting the following details such as a) DOB (DD-MM-YYYY), b) Email ID (Registered in Application) and c) Mobile Number.

F) Candidates details like Registration Number, Name of Candidate, Father/ Husband Name, Category, Roll Number, Photo of Candidate, Date Of Birth (DOB), Test City, Test State, Name & Address of the Exam Centre, Date of Exam, Shift No., Duration of Exam, Reporting Time, Gate Closure Time & Exam Start Time along with Important Instructions will be available in the hall ticket PDF copy.

G) On examination day, report well in time as after Gate Closure time you are not allowed to enter.

H) Kindly bring your Railway Recruitment Board Exam Hall Ticket along with a valid Photo ID Card (Voter Card, Aadhar Card, printout of e-Aadhaar, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Government Employee Identity Card, School/ College/ University Photo ID Card, SSLC/ HSC Mark Sheet with Photo, etc.) in original on the examination day.

I) Without RRC Call Letter & ID Card, aspirants are not allowed to take part in the CBT/ PET/ Document Verification (as applicable). Hence, do not forget to carry mandatory documents during the test.

J) Aspirants attending exam with Photocopy or Xerox of Photo ID will not be allowed for appearing in the examination so kindly bring the original copy.

K) Under any circumstances, candidates cannot request for postponement or change of examination venue, date and shift as per the strict instructions.

L) Carry your 01 (one) colour photograph (uploaded in the application) of size 35mm x 45mm with a clear front view without cap and sunglasses for appearing in the recruitment stages.

M) If aspirant’s name, date of birth and photo on ID does not match with the details furnished in an online application, then he/ she will not be permitted to take part in CBT/ PET/ DV.

N) Candidates are strictly advised not to bring electronic gadgets (Mobile phones, Bluetooth enabled devices, Pen drive, Laptops, Calculators, Wristwatches, etc.), metallic wears, bangles, belts, bracelets, etc. or pen/ pencil/ marker inside the exam hall. The pen will be provided to all contestants during the exam.

O) Just to avoid difficulties in registration during CBT, do not apply Mehandi or Henna on Left Thumb.

P) Kindly note that just issue of hall ticket will not suggest that your candidature for vacancy has finally accepted by the appointing authority officials. Candidature is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment or thereafter in case any inconsistency noticed.

Q) While coming for the exam, kindly leave the spaces provided for writing self-declaration paragraph, signature and Left Thumb Impression (LTI) in the downloaded hall ticket.

R) As the e-hall ticket not having a Self Declaration paragraph, so it will display on a computer screen before the exam starts. In the examination lab only, aspirants should write the Self Declaration paragraph in the space provided in hall ticket under the guidance of invigilator or exam supervisor.

S) In a presence of the Invigilator at examination hall, aspirants have to write a paragraph of Self Declaration, Sign & affix LTI and then submit it to Invigilator just before the end of the exam.

T) Free Sleeper Class Railway Pass admissible to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) aspirants will be part of an e-admit card when they are called for various stages of selection viz. Computer Based Test/ Physical Efficiency Test/ Document Verification as applicable.

U) Any type of malpractice or unfair means or misbehavior or indiscipline at the examination venue will lead to disqualification and debarment from all future RRB Examinations & Appointment in Indian Railways. Hence, be careful while attempting for the Online Written Test & Physical Exam.

V) Candidates who fail to comply with the instructions given in hall ticket may lead to cancellation of their candidature and then further no excuses will be considered by the authority.

X) RRCB reserves the right to order re-examination for any or all the candidates if required. The decision of RRCB in all the matters will be final and binding on the contestants.

Y) Special instructions, if any, given by the Invigilator should be followed strictly by candidates without any argument.

Z) Aspirants can use Helpline No. 182 (24 x 7) to report their grievances regarding exploitation by touts or other malpractices during any exam of Railway Recruitment Board.

The section wise questions & marks distribution mentioned above is only indicative. In the actual question papers, there may be some variations. All the Questions in CBT exam will be of objective type with multiple choices. All the 100 questions will carry 01 mark each. There is negative marking in the CBT exam for incorrect answers. Hence, 1/3 mark for wrong answer to each question to be deducted by officials. There will be no negative marks for those questions not answered in the online exam. For PWD candidates, the minimum qualifying percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 02% in case of shortage of PWD candidates against vacancies reserved for them. Eligible PWD candidates accompanied with scribe will get 120 minutes total time duration for CBT. The mock test will be available on the website of RRBs. Give the mock test to familiarize yourself on how to view/ answer questions on the exam day. The marks of candidates will be normalized to shortlist them from CBT to PET (as applicable) and for Document Verification round.

♦ Important Instructions for CBT Exam ♦
Aspirants can select any 01 (one) of the 15 languages as an exam language from a drop-down list available at the bottom left-hand side of the ‘Other Important Instructions Page’. During the exam, aspirants can also view any question in any other language by using the drop-down list shown on the top right-hand side of the screen. The English version of the specific question will prevail in case any dispute in question content in any language occurs. In the exam just after selecting the option for a question, aspirants must click SAVE and NEXT to save their answer. Aspirants must note that unsaved answers will not be taken for evaluation. The aspirant should write his/ her Name and Roll Number on the Rough Sheet that provided for rough work. The rough sheet will have to be returned by aspirants after the test otherwise strict action taken by officials. Before the end of 90 minutes of the CBT Examination, no aspirant shall be permitted to leave the Exam Hall.

♦ Railway Grp D Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Exam Pattern ♦
Category	Description
Male Aspirants	1) Should be able to lift & carry 35 kg weight for 100 metres distance in 02 minutes in just one chance without putting down weight.
	2) Should be able to run for 1000 metres distance in 04 minutes & 15 seconds in just one chance.
Female Aspirants	1) Should be able to lift & carry 20 kg weight for 100 metres distance in 02 minutes in just a single chance without putting down weight.
	2) Should be able to run for 1000 metres distance in 05 minutes & 40 seconds in just a single chance.
The Male & Female criterion for PET is as shown above. The PET exam will be qualifying in nature. But, passing the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is mandatory for every category candidate. Its a responsibility of a candidate to ensure that he/ she is medically fit enough to attempt the Physical Exam as Railways will not be responsible for any harm suffered by candidates. All those persons with disabilities (PwD) are exempted from appearing for PET Exam. However, such PwD candidates will have to pass the medical examination after qualifying in the CBT.
