Earlier on 13-March 2018, Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board have published a notification for direct recruitment examination of 180 Supervisor Posts in Women Empowerment Department. Out of total posts, 158 posts were released for Non-Tribal Area while 22 posts for Tribal Area. It is to notify all female candidates that officials will release RSMSSB Supervisor (Mahila Adhikarita) Admit Card containing details like exam date, time, venue name, candidate name, category, photo, signature, roll number, registration number, etc. Applicants need to visit the official website (www.rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in) to generate their hall ticket within the limited days. This call letter is a provisional and very important document for contestants participating in the written test. | ⇒ On the day of an examination, candidates need to bring e-Admit Card, passport size recent color photo (attendance sheet for paste), a transparent blue ink ball pen, an additional photo-bearing proof of identity (ID Card, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Employee ID, College ID, Any other ID Card assigned by the State or Central Govt., etc.). ⇒ Candidates without above mentioned documents will not be permitted to attend the test. ⇒ Items like wallets, bags, mobile phones, Bluetooth, any clock, calculator, log tables, pager, any text, notes and any communication equipment are not allowed in examination campus. ⇒ Aspirants may visit the examination venue 01 (one) day prior exam date to confirm their location so that they can report on time on the examination day. ⇒ In order to avoid inconvenience, nominees must present at examination center one & half hours before exam starts, in respect of restricted content searched by the vigilance team. Those who arrive late will not be permitted to appear for the examination. ⇒ The e-Call Letter is valid only for the test date, shift and time as specified thereon which every candidate should notify. ⇒ Aspirants are strictly advised to read the General Instructions carefully for examination as enclosed with the e-Call Letter. ⇒ Carefully note your Roll Number, Exam Date, Time and Venue Address given in the Hall Ticket. If any misprint or mistake in Name, Roll Number, Category, Address, etc., then make it correct by consulting the Board. ⇒ No hard copy of exam hall ticket is being sent by post to any candidate. ⇒ As hall ticket download speed depends on various factors like Internet Speed, a large number of aspirants trying to download their call letter at the same time, etc. So if you are not able to generate your hall ticket immediately, then retry after a gap of 05-10 minutes or during off-peak in the night. ⇒ Every candidate must note that Admit cards will not be downloaded from the website soon after the conduction of written exam. ⇒ In case, candidate unable to download call letter, she may visit the above Facilitation Centre along with 02 (two) passport size photographs and related documentary evidence or certificates, etc. for redressal of their grievances/ queries. ⇒ Here all the applicants are strictly advised not to believe any fake news about this exam date, hall ticket, etc. that spreads on Social Media. |
