Sine long time, IIT Bombay was authorized by Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) to organize Common Entrance Examination for Design. It is an all India qualifying examination for admission to Master of Design programmmes at IISc Bangalore, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Guwahati and IIT Kanpur. It is also certified for Ph.D. programmes in Design at some selected institutes around the country. The main objective of this test is to assess students’ aptitude for design, drawing skills, self-confidence, stage fear, communication skills, visual perception ability, logical reasoning and creativity.

Now as per pre-planned schedule on Sunday Dec 06, institute authority has hosted CEED 2015 Examination in two parts i.e. Part A and Part B. The exam was successfully held without any interruption from 10:00 – 13:00 Hours at Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Delhi, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Mumbai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kanpur, Pune, Kolkata and Nagpur. All those contestants who will short-listed with valid score then are invited for the departmental aptitude test followed by personal interview. The final marks scored from aptitude test, interview and portfolio are counted in admission process.
According to sources, CEED 2016 Exam Answer Key of Part A and B along with cut off marks will be officially release 6-7 days after its conductance through online portal. Solved question papers help the candidates to verify the right answer faced by them within test. So, all the participants are energetically waiting for model answers to analyze what marks they will score and able to get admission or not.
