• TGT (Bengali, Urdu, Sanskrit & Punjabi) Posts:-
  1. B.A. (Honours) in one of the Modern Indian Language concerned or B.A. with MIL concerned as one of the elective subjects from a recognized university having 45% marks in aggregate with one additional language or one school subject at degree level; OR Equivalent Oriental Degree in MIL concerned from a recognized university having 45% marks in aggregate; OR Sahitya Rattan of Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Prayag having secure at least 45% marks in aggregate with English in Matriculation.
  2. Degree or Diploma in Teaching.
  3. Knowledge of Hindi is Essential.
  4. Qualified CTET from CBSE.
• TGT (English) Posts:-
  1. Bachelor’s Degree (Honours/ Pass) or equivalent from a recognized University having secured 45% marks in aggregate, in 02 (two) school subjects of which at least 01 (one) out of the following should have been at the elective level:-

     2. Mathematics
     3. Natural/ Physical Science
     4. Social Science

DSSSB TGT 2025 Exam Pattern, Syllabus

DSSSB will conduct One Tier Written Exam (Objective Type) for TGT – Trained Graduate Teacher Posts as per the examination scheme given below:-

• The exam paper will consist of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions in both sections.
• The questions will be bilingual (Hindi & English) except for the Language papers, which will be in the language concerned only.
• For each wrong MCQ answer, a deduction of 0.25 marks will be made, as Negative Marking is applicable.
• Candidates will have to qualify in Sections A & B separately as per their category, i.e. GEN/ OBC/ SC/ ST/ PH/ Ex-S minimum qualifying marks.:-
  • GEN = 40% marks
  • OBC = 35% marks
  • SC/ ST/ PH = 30% marks
• The cutoff marks for selection in different categories may go higher depending on the marks scored by candidates and the number of vacancies.
