Eligibility Criteria for LIC Housing Finance Jobs 2024

NATIONALITY/ CITIZENSHIP: Indians

AGE LIMITATION (as on cutoff date 01st Jan, 2024):-

About Selection Criteria: For Assistant & Assistant Manager Vacancies, the Life Insurance Corporation Housing Finance Limited Exam Department will recruit most eligible applicants based on their performance in the following tasks:-

1. Online Examination: The online test will be of objective type multiple choice and will be held in English Language only. For Assistant and Asst Manager Vacancy, the online examination will be separate.
2. Interview: Just by depending upon the total vacancies, those who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on their respective Marks in Online Exam will get a call for an interview. All candidates have to obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the Interview to qualify for further selection. The shortlisting of applicants for an interview will be provisional without verification of documents.
3. Final Selection: For each post of Assistant & Assistant Manager, the final merit list and selection of candidates will be separately done based on combined marks of Online Examination and Interview strictly as per the merit ranking as well as subject to minimum qualifying marks in the Interview.
