The Civil Services Examination (CSE) is a nationwide competitive examination in India organized by the Union Public Services Commission for recruitment to various Civil Services of the Government of India. It also includes Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS) among others. This examination is one of the toughest examinations in India with success rate of 0.1% – 0.3%.

According to official notification, Union Public Service Commission has scheduled to conduct Civil Services Preliminary Exams (IAS/IPS) on 23rd August, 2015 at various venues in India. Main purpose for organizing Pre examination is to check ability and potential of candidates. Cracking Indian Administrative Service examination is not an easy task, so all eligible candidates need to work hard as there is no more time left. It is compulsory to score goods marks in above exam and to get their name short listed for Main exams which will be held in December every year.
As per norms, contestants required to bring UPSC IAS admit card while entering examination venue and without hall ticket the invigilator didn’t allow to appear in Prelims.
