MSBTE Winter 2024 Examination in this academic year 2024-25 is scheduled to be conducted in November 2024 & December 2024. The duration of Winter 2024 Exam will be of 18 Examinations days. The practical exam will be held from 5th November to 18th November 2024 and the theory exam from 21st November to 12th December 2024. Following are some of the Important Notes for Examinees of the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Diploma Semester Exam 2024; so let us take a quick look:-

a) Examinee will not be permitted to participate in the exam in case he/ she fail to produce an Admit Card during the checking process along with other necessary documents.

b) At the time of the Examination, it is compulsory to carry an exam fee receipt and a valid ID card issued by the Institute; otherwise not allowed to attend the test for any reason as per the rules.

c) The photograph of a student will be printed on the admit card. If it is pasted externally, then it must be attested by the Institute with the seal & signature of the Principal.

d) In the Admit Card, if the student’s photograph does not bear his/ her signature, he/ she should sign in front of the Principal.

e) Students are guided to present at the examination centre 10-15 minutes before the commencement of their exam.

f) Examinees are allowed to enter the exam hall when a bell sounded 10 minutes before the commencement of an examination.

g) Examinees will not get entry to the Examination hall after 30 minutes from the commencement of an exam paper.

h) Examines will not get permission to leave the exam hall in the initial 30 minutes and the last 10 minutes of the examination duration. If the examinee wants to leave the examination hall before the end of the exam duration, then he/ she shall submit the question paper along with the answer book.

i) Examinees should use only blue or black ink or ballpoint pen to write answers on the paper. If there is a change in ink colour, then it shall be attested by the supervisor invigilator.

j) Examines are strictly forbidden from possessing any electronic communication device in the examination hall. The violation of instructions shall attract suitable punitive action.

k) As per rules & regulations, the examinee will be liable for action in case possess any Blank Paper, Notes, Book/s, Scribbles Chits, Mobile Phone, Programmable Calculator, Watch Calculators, Bluetooth, Electronic Gadgets and instructions of the authorities.

l) Examinees must behave properly before, during and after the examination to maintain a conducive atmosphere at the exam hall or centre.

m) Examinees should not write anything on the question paper except for his/ her seal number. Such writings amount to malpractice and are liable for strict punishment.

n) Anywhere inside the Answer Book, do not write your name or exam seat number or any objectionable matter. In case if any answer requires a name or signature, then mention “XYZ”.

o) If the subject for which the Student is required to appear is missing from the Call Letter, then the student should be allowed to receive his/ her application.

p) Examinees should not leave blank page/s between the answers. In case a page is left blank inadvertently, write “Please Turn Over – PTO” to avoid the Answers written beyond a blank page being unaddressed.

q) Exchange of answer books, supplements, calculators, drawing instruments, etc. among the examinees and possession of any weapons, arms, etc., in the exam room or at the examination centre by the examinee strictly prohibited.

r) Students are strictly advised to go through all Instructions given in the e-Admit Card for their knowledge and also follow the same during the examination.
