Rajasthan Energy RVPN Hall Ticket 2021 – Exam Day Instructions
We have shared some of the Important instructions below for information of candidates participating in Rajasthan Bijli Vibhag Exam for the Posts of Jr Assistant, Junior Accountant, Stenographer, Assistant Personnel Officer & Jr Legal Officer:-
- Affix a recent recognizable passport size photograph on a downloaded copy of the RVPN Call Letter. The photograph should be the same as provided during the registration process.
- Aspirants will have to be at the venue for approximately 03 hours for the time required for logging in, checking the Call Letters, going through the instructions, etc.
- Rajasthan RVPNL E-Admit Card is required to be handed over to the room invigilator in the examination hall. Hence, a candidate is advised to keep a photocopy of the hall ticket for their future reference.
- Identity of applicants will be verified with their details printed on the Call Letter, in the Attendance List and requisite documents submitted. In case of any doubt, aspirant may not get permission to appear for the Examination.
- Aspirants must reach the centre on reporting time specified in their hall ticket. All those candidates reporting late will not be allowed to take part in the examination.
- Applicants will have to appear in the examination at a Test Centre at their own risks and expenses. Nigam will not be responsible for any injury, losses, etc.
- It is strictly prohibited to use calculators, books, notebooks or written notes, cell phones or any other electronic gadget inside the exam centre.
- Candidates should not share any of their belonging or material with anyone and maintain a safe social distance from one another.
