Telangana TET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for TS TET 2024 should have the following minimum qualifications required for a teacher of classes I to V (Paper- I) and classes VI to VIII (Paper-II) separately:-

• Minimum Qualifications For TS-TET PAPER-1 (Classes 1 to 5):-
  • Intermediate/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled candidates) AND pass in 02 years Diploma in Elementary Education/ 04 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/ 02 years Diploma in Education (Special Education); OR
  • Intermediate/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled candidates) AND pass in 02 years Diploma in Elementary Education/ 04 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/ 02 years Diploma in Education (Special Education) in case of those aspirants who have passed or admitted to D.El.Ed/ D.Ed.; OR
  • Graduation with at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled candidates) AND Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)/ Bachelor of Education (Special Education).
• Minimum Qualifications For TS-TET PAPER-2 (Classes 6 to 8):-
  • B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com. with at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled candidates) AND pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Course/ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed – Special Education); OR
  • B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com. with at least 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled candidates) AND pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Course/ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed – Special Education) in case of the candidates who have passed or admitted to B.Ed; OR
  • 04 years B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed. with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled person); OR
  • Graduation with Language concerned as one of the optional subjects/ Bachelor of Oriental Language (or its equivalent)/ Graduation in Literature/ Post Graduation in Language concerned AND Language Pandit Training Certificate/ B.Ed with Language concerned as one of the Methodologies, in respect of Language Teachers; OR
  • B.E/ B.Tech with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled person) AND Passed/ Pursuing Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or B.Ed. (Special Education).

How to Apply TS TET 2024 Online Application Form?

All contenders are required to submit the online applications by visiting the official website tstet.cgg.gov.in. • 1st Step – Open an official web portal of the Telangana State School Education Board or just open a link posted below.
• 2nd Step – In a homepage, find out a highlighted link titled as “Notification for Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TSTET), 2024” and then click on it.
• 3rd Step – First of all, download the notification to your device and read out the necessary details as mentioned in it.
• 4th Step – Now, go back to the homepage and then press the TS-TET Apply Online link.
• 5th Step – Fill up your details (i.e. Name, Father Name, Mother Name & Date of Birth – DOB as per Secondary Education Board Class X Certificate, etc.) in the application form without making any mistake.
• 6th Step – Upload scanned copies of Photo (size 4.5 cms X 3.5 cms), Signature, Documents and Certificates in Jpeg format only.

TS-TET Exam 2024 Structure, Content and Syllabus

Aspirants can check the structure and content of Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test from the following paragraphs. There will be 02 (two) papers of TET. Paper-I will be for Classes I to V teachers while Paper-II for teachers of Classes VI to VIII. A candidate who intends to be a teacher either for classes I to V or for classes VI to VIII shall have to appear for both papers. All questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark, with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct. There will be no negative marking.

TS Education Department officials are looking for knowledgeable and experienced teachers who match the criteria of Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test. The final selection will be going to based on candidate’s performance in Written Examination and Interview. Contestants who qualify the TS Teachers Eligibility Test will get a certificate or marks memo from the Telangana State Government Department. TS TET 2024 Pass Criteria

TS TET 2024 Hall Ticket

The Board will issue Admit Card for Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test from 9th September 2024 through their official website. Aspirants can download their TSTET Exam Hall Ticket only by providing the Registration Number in a login page. Also, you can just press Telangana TET 2024 Hall Ticket link to collect your Call Letter & other relevant details. 01 (one) photo ID proof along with Hall Ticket will be needed to enter into the examination venue.

Aspirants who could not download hall ticket can contact the authority personally with details such as Journal Number of the Fee paid, Reference Number of Application submitted, a copy of Application Form Printout and One photograph (same photo as pasted on the application form).
